This class will introduce students to the steps of how to use the pottery wheel to make a cylinder/cup, bowl, mugs and some other techniques for smoothing the surface and adding texture. We will learn about the stages of clay and work towards building a good foundation of skills so students can feel more confident in their abilities to create work on their own, trim it to clean it up nicely and then apply glaze with success!
This class will start on January 9th and end on February 27th.
Glazes, firing fees and one bag of clay is included in the class price. Students can enjoy 24/7 access to the studio to practice their new skills and work on projects. Community tools are provided or you may bring your own. Students get one 24x18x16 inch shelf to store projects and materials.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 5% fee due to card processor fees. Refund requests must be made 2 weeks before the class start date, we cannot offer refunds within two weeks of the class starting.
